Verifying membership:
When you see the PrivacySecure® seal
on a website, click on that seal to see if the company displaying the banner is a member
in good standing. If you did not receive authentication when you clicked, please report
this immediately to abuse@privacysecure.com. Please include the URL (web address)
of the site as well as the company's name. |

How to report a problem:
You are required to fill in every field.
Note: we will investigate and verify all reported problems only if the reports concern member companies using the PrivacySecure®
seal. We do not monitor companies other than those displaying our logo. Member companies
found noncompliant with their published privacy policies will be contacted and required to
remove their PrivacySecure® seal. Note:

If you like the way we handled your problems with an existing member, perhaps your
company would like to participate in our program. We invite you to visit www.privacysecure.com and
read the requirements for acceptance into the program.
If you have any problems with
the company you are trying to check or if you have any questions about
PrivacySecure®, please
notify PrivacySecure® immediately.
Any company displaying the PrivacySecure® seal should have a privacy
statement published and easily found on its website. If you have any
difficulty finding their privacy statement or any problems with lack of
response, please contact Privacy Secure®
so we can investigate the problem.
