PrivacySecure® encourages programs such as BBBOnLine® Privacy Program
(see Note).
They are both excellent organizations. We have the same high standards, but since
we're serving the small business sector, we are able to offer substantially lower
membership fees.
Do you qualify for membership with PrivacySecure®? Will your website soon proudly
wear the PrivacySecure® seal? Read the qualifications below carefully. If you have

After your application approval, we will provide you
with a graphic privacy seal and the proper coding so your customers can verify your
membership (see example). We will continue to monitor your
company and will perform procedures to verify your compliance with your published privacy
statement. We will also monitor complaints your customers or visitors may have about your
failure to comply with your stated policies. If you fail to resolve or arbitrate
complaints about non-compliance with your published policy statement, your participation
in the PrivacySecure® program will be terminated. If your participation is
terminated for non-compliance with your privacy statement, your annual fee will be
forfeited.
Using PrivacySecure®,
your company will be much more popular with online consumers who are tired
of all the spam, tired of business who sell their email address to
everyone and tired of dealing with businesses who major goal is to get
money from them, but not provide quality products or services in return.
